U.S. Ambassador Visits CZ

U.S. Ambassador to the Czech Republic Nicholas Merrick visited Česká zbrojovka a.s. (CZ) in Uherský Brod today. During his visit, he met with the company’s management, learned about its history and current product portfolio, and toured selected production areas. The program also included a visit to a shooting range, where he had the opportunity to try out CZ products, including the CZ BREN 3.

During the tour of the production facilities, Nicholas Merrick gained a closer insight into CZ’s technologies and manufacturing processes. He was also introduced to the company’s products for the armed forces and commercial market.

“We greatly appreciate the Ambassador’s visit. The United States is of great importance to both Česká zbrojovka and the entire Colt CZ Group. I am pleased that we had the opportunity to show him our modern production facilities and current product portfolio here in Uherský Brod, and that he was also able to experience some of our products firsthand, including the latest generation of the CZ BREN platform,” said Jan Zajíc, CEO of CZ.

The CZ BREN 3 represents the latest generation of the successful CZ BREN platform. This modern modular firearm is designed for armed forces and builds on the previous generations of the CZ BREN family.
