Czech Combat 2026 Confirms Its Exceptional Standing Among Tactical Shooting Competitions

The third annual Czech Combat international tactical shooting competition took place at the Olesko shooting range in the Czech Republic from July 10th – 12th, 2026. The event, jointly organized by CZ, Sellier & Bellot Int., and B-rdy [be ready], welcomed 231 competitors from a dozen European countries, making it the world’s largest tactical shooting competition of its kind to date.

Members of the military, police, and other security forces competed alongside civilian sport and recreational shooters. Over the course of two days, they completed 12 dynamic multigun shooting stages inspired by real-life scenarios, which not only tested their shooting skills but also their tactical thinking, physical fitness, ability to handle equipment, and capability to make decisions under pressure.

The stages covered a wide range of skills—from dynamic pistol and rifle shooting to handling situations in built-up areas or inside vehicles, as well as rendering first aid in accordance with Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) principles. This year’s competition also featured the use of modern weapon systems, counter-drone defense measures, and shooting at a flying drone, which made the various scenarios even more closely resemble the conditions that members of the armed forces may encounter while on duty.

It is precisely this emphasis on a comprehensive range of skills that sets Czech Combat apart from traditional shooting competitions. In addition to shooting accurately, participants must master safe handling of weapons, effective decision-making under time pressure, physically demanding tasks, and the ability to work as a team in a dynamic environment. Czech Combat thus serves as a unique platform that combines sport shooting with elements of modern tactical training and creates a space for professionals and the civilian shooting community to share experience.
