How and at what age did you start with sport shooting and competing in the IPSC?
I started playing with guns in 2007, because my older brother received his firearm license and bought a few guns. It was my first experience with weapons. After 2 years of target shooting, I tried competing in the IPSC.

What do you like best about the IPSC?
IPSC matches are original and always changing, which is the reason I like this sport so much.

Why did you choose CZ?
As I said earlier, my brother bought some guns and most of them were CZ. Since I started shooting with CZ guns, and never had a bad experience, I haven´t tried shooting with any other brands.

How and why did you join the CZ Shooting Team?
After two years within the IPSC community, Mr. Milan Trkulja offered me a position on the CZ Shooting Team. I gladly accepted his offer.

How do you prepare for a competition?
I like many other sports, such as ice hockey, motocross, squash, etc. So when I'm not on the shooting range, I enjoy participating in these activities. I like to think they serve as part of my physical preparation for shooting.

What is a best advice you were ever given?
Shoot with your head, not with your heart.

What is your biggest success in the IPSC?
Definitely a first place at the European Handgun Championship in 2023 and probably the second place in Teams at the World shoot 2025.

How would you rate your weapon? (Handling, Accuracy, etc.)
It is extremely comfortable, and in the Open division, the ability to adjust it to your preferences is essential. Luckily, it is very easy to do. I love customizing my firearms, and the CZ 75 Czechmate was truly built for that.
